WOODEN WINE CRATES can be used for so many things - I've used them to transport and display handbags at a craft fair and some of you may remember the special ones that I snagged from
U2's The Edge that I store magazines in. I never would have thought to use them for anything other than as containers to hold things but apparently they can serve a much better purpose - floors! What have you used wine crates for?

never would have imagined using for a floor, love it though!
I'm LOVING the colour and texture of the floor. Perfect. I LOVE wood and I bet the smell is just heavenly....
That is the coolest thing ever!!!!
Lisa, I really want to thank you for your comment on my little adventure on dropping our son at college. Your friendship and kindness mean the world to me!
Love,

That floor is amazing!!! I have never seen something like that! Definitely a conversation piece.
The floor is FANTASTIC! I've used old wine boxes and pop boxes for storing magazines. I have to tell you, my husband and brother are designers and they used old Guinness barrels for flooring in a restaurant.
You need to tell the story of the U2 crate! I would love to get my hands on some of these, I think they are amazing! XX!
that floor is FANTASTIC love it.
I'm In love with that floor,,,so unique!
WOW! I love that second floor. The wine crates add so much texture and character. Also, you wouldn't have to worry about wine spills on that floor :)
I saw something like this in ReadyMade magazine where a couple had made their entire kitchen out of wine crates. I want something like that but couldn't afford to drink all that wine.
Wow! I love, love that!!! That is so creative and inspiring!
I've always liked wooden floors but I never thought of using wooden crates for the floors. Wonderful idea! Kellie xx
