[ a cozy attic space ]

I'VE ALWAYS loved the idea of a cozy attic hideaway - there's just something so appealing about being tucked up under the eaves. This attic is so pretty with its turquoise wood paneled walls, the charming stencils and girly crystal sconces. And there's something about it that says 'weekend' to me. Have you ever had an attic space?

I love the Turquoise and yellow together so pretty! I wouldn't mind an attic hide away has long as it's pretty and not dusty and full of cobwebs! Have a wonderful weekend!

So pretty -- I am loving these colors so much right now. Making all new pillows for our sitting room with them, hopefully soon.

Yes, our last house had one. It was a big 100 year old 2 1/2 storey...spent 7 years restoring it. Of course as soon as we finished we had a chance to move up to Muskoka! I do miss that attic room...

There is something so romantic but yet stylin' about an attic. I love that photo!

Love this idea too! We have an unused attic space in our house that I'd love to turn into a playroom or office. It could be such a cute space. Love the bedroom idea too.

I'm pretty sure my cottage could qualify as attic space in some homes. I'm brightening up with paint next week while I'm off. Wish I was brave enough for turquoise. Looks fun.

We don't have an attic in this old house - but I'd move into that one in a heartbeat :) XOL

Hi Lisa,

Thank you SO much for popping by my blog and leaving footprints so I could find your delightful blog.

This little attic room is beyond adorable!! I would happily escape there if I could.

I've had a little nosey and see that you have Sid Dickens memory blocks in your living room!! That, and your delightful style and blog, has just made me a huge fan of yours :)

You're on my blogroll now and I'll be popping by often!

Hope you're having a lovely weekend.

Meera xx
