TODAY I'm smitten with this charming kitchen. I love how the light just spills in through all the windows and makes a compact space feel large and open. And who doesn't love a dutch door?
I've never been a fan of narrow galley kitchens but I could easily work in this space. Have you ever had a galley kitchen?

have always and forever wanted a dutch door. one of these days!
our kitchen in helsinki was a galley style remodeled into an open floor plan. i do love it.

What a delightful kitchen! Loving all the windows! Enjoy the gorgeous day, Kellie xx
This kitchen we have now is pretty much galley, just with more space. I love having one long counter and my sink at the window. Cabinets are white, lots of beadboard...and I have a red set of "eat" also! (chocolate brown accent the walls) :)
It's great! I love dutch doors - that's my dream one day, a little place near the beach with a door just like that!!
Beautifully done - so light, airy and pretty...but why do I keep expecting Mr Ed to poke his head around that door - lol! Paula x
I adore it! My own kitchen isn't very large, so I could manage. At least it looks like it has a fair amount of counter space which does help. How cute is that dutch door!
It's gorgeous! I think I'd freak a little with the narrowness! Ours is pretty narrow and the island is a foot off...I curse it everyday! Or the builder I curse daily! Love the red EAT sign!
I have never had a galley kitchen - and I don't know...they can seem really dark. However, this is a galley kitchen done right - with all the white and light!! Love!

I agree, Lisa. This kitchen makes a galley appealing. Love all of the light. xo

The whole room is dreamy. :)
