THIS WEEK seems to have flown by, despite being without hot water for an entire week! Let's just say that things move very slowly in Dubai and thank goodness cold water here isn't cold - it's slightly warmer than room temperature so a week of cold showers could have been worse.

This has been a fast week, I'm getting back into my routine after having my parents here. Looking forward to a relaxing weekend of a whole lot of nothing!

For the first time in about two years I get the entire weekend off! I am looking forward to spending time with the girls and doing a whole lot ot nothing in particular...or I might attempt slip covers for my living room chairs...who knows. Enjoy your weekend and a hot shower ;)
Mr D and I will be tweaking our home here and there. I am going to a Christmas Festival Fundraiser at Watson's Nursery on Saturday night... and on Sunday...it's my great niece's first birthday!

No hot water for a week! Yikes! At least it wasn't freezing cold. Hope is all back to normal and you've had your nice hot shower! Happy weekend!
Now that our temps have cooled off, the natural hot water we normally have in the summer isn't so warm anymore. Hubby likes coolish showers, but for me I need it to be really hot. There are two times in a year when we butt heads: water heater on/off or the air conditioner on/off. Right now, it's the latter. :/ Enjoy your weekend. Tammy
Sleeping in sounds like Heaven! I hope my 2 little mutts don't wake me... they have built in alarm clocks. Taking my daughter shopping and catching up on blogs sounds good to me too! xo

Catching up on blogs...it's been a crazy week and hopefully, maybe if there are enough hours in the days...getting my new wallpaper hung up! Keeping my fingers crossed.
Good luck with the hot water situation! Ouch. It's a misery when that happens here. As for our weekend, it's garden work, baking and sleeping!
You've got such a great attitude, I'd be in a tizzy if I hadn't had a hot shower in a week.
