We totally think alike. I wish I had these. Hey, I have a couple we're friends with heading to Dubai for a week (Greg and Tina). He's a commercial pilot and he's got an interview. I passed along your blog so they could get your take on the experience. They are from Huntsville and have 2 daughters...Tina has one of your handbags! toodles for now...
Dear Anonymous, What's mean is parking without consideration for the people who own the cars around you, perhaps leaving only inches to open your door. Perhaps those people also think parking is " trivial", just saying, wow, just wow. Anonymous 2
Dear Anonymous 2: As my grandmother used to say, two wrongs don't make a right. Calling someone an asshole drops you way below the level of someone who parked badly.
Why don't you try giving people the benefit of the doubt? They could be going through any number of terrible things in their lives that take away from their ability to park that day.
In the grand scheme of things, parking is really not that big a deal.
A friend and I use to say we were going to make up little "IBC" cards. We would have them out to people who were displaying Inappropriate Behavior. This started with people talking too loud in the movies. We got to the point where we would sometimes just look at each other and say IBC - a fun little inside joke.
Me, I don't understand the point of leaving negative comments either to the author or another commenter. I'm sorry they haven't anything better to do with their time. I found a site to make business cards. I plan to make some of these, leaving out the a-word. I think I'll make one for cars parked in fire route zones, right in front of the door to a store and a special one for those blocking the ramp. I'm waiting for a way to put a sign in my rear window that says "The closer you are to my rear bumper, the slower I will drive." Or maybe one saying "I brake for animals, birds, reptiles and some insects."

Wow. That's really mean. Nice way to ruin someone's day over something as trivial as parking.
I'll go ahead and pass you the business card that states I'm no longer following your blog.
Just. Wow,
That's too funny! I want a stack in my car!!
