Omg....Tim Horton's in Dubai no way! Now living in the land of Tim Horton's where people go crazy for....never heard of this place before moving to WNY.
Lisa I don't get it what is so special about Tim Hortons please enlighten me....!
Everyday when I'm driving through my tiny town and the traffic coming and going from there still shocks me it's all day everyday!
I know the feeling of having a piece of familiarness is important especially living aboard. I lived in the Starbucks in Germany because every thing was the same even the music...it was the only place I felt at home.
Dubai seems like an interesting place. It seems to be drawing on modern shops/commerce/cultures from around the world and yet it is still very much traditional arab. I guess it is kind of fashioning itself as some kind of Middle Eastern Tokyo. I would love to go and see it for myself, as I have heard wildly mixed reports.
Wow! I'm soooo jealous! I love Timmy's...I totally got my kids hooked on the doughnuts this summer during our visit 'back home' in Canada :) (and got myself re-hooked, it should be added, to Iced Capps ;D)
