[ ribbon ribbon everywhere ]

I'M ALWAYS looking for clever ways to get organized and dealing with ribbon is high on my list. It's one thing that seems to get out-of-hand for me, with all the rolls and remnants that I can't seem to part with.

I think I need to implement a new storage solution. Maybe one of these...

How do you store your ribbon?

In a little tote and I can never find it....
I do like the plastic basket with the holes idea that seems easy to tuck away and user friendly.

Have a wonderful Monday!

My ribbon is just thrown in a box (or two), but I really like the idea of putting it on a trouser hanger. You can look at all your ribbon so easily and yet it doesn't take up much room.

Some wonderful ideas!! I might have to implement one of these. Right now it's in my sewing room closet in a drawer, but it always gets so messy. Love the hanger ones!!

The ribbon I use on my shop packages is on a boring spool and my personal ribbon for packages is tucked into little drawers by color. These ideas are SO much prettier. I have ribbon organization envy :)

The idea of using those simple little plastic baskets and feeding the ribbon through the side is genius!

Love it! I've become a real sucker for ribbon as of late - using it on everything! Thanks for sharing. Liz @ Designing Domesticity

So amazing however most of these solutions mean you need to purchase the entire roll. The cards are a perfect solution for the little bits and pieces left over.

What great ideas! I keep might in old vintage tins, but when you lift up the lids it's a big ol' mess!

I really should take these photos as inspiration to get it all organized!

Oh I'm glad your other readers are messy like me. Love these ideas. My stocks are depleted though, so I have a good excuse to wipe the messy slate clean and start afresh. Thanks for sharing, love Linda x

Lisa, they all look gorgeous. If you are into ribbons you would love V.V. Rouleaux which is a beautiful store in Sloan Square in London, jam packed with amazing ribbons and trims. Robx
